This Pre-Information Form aims to inform the Buyer about the details of their order placed through the website. In accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the Buyer must approve the distance sales contract for the electronic purchase of goods or services. The Buyer can track the details related to the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract via the “My Cart” page on www.daimadizayn.com and may modify the information provided in relation to their order through the same page. However, the Buyer cannot change the delivery address after the order is confirmed by the seller. The Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract are stored as required by the regulations, and the Buyer can access these documents during the specified period. After the order is confirmed, a unique Pre-Information Form and Distance Sales Contract for each order will be sent to the Buyer via email.

Delivery Terms:
The shipment of the product will begin within 5 business days after the order is placed by the Buyer.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date for goods or from the purchase date for services, without any legal or penal liability and without providing any reason. The Buyer may also exercise the right of withdrawal before the delivery of the goods. The Buyer must return the goods within 10 (ten) days of exercising the right of withdrawal by sending them to the seller's return address. The goods must be returned with the invoice, the packaging, the box, any standard accessories, and any other products gifted with the goods, all complete and undamaged. During the withdrawal period, the Buyer must use the goods in accordance with their operation, technical features, and usage instructions.

The Seller is not responsible for the return shipping fee or any damages to the goods during the shipping process.

Within 14 (fourteen) days after the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, all payments related to the returned goods or services will be refunded to the Buyer using the same payment method, without any additional costs or liabilities to the consumer, provided the goods are returned through the carrier specified by the Seller.

If there are legitimate reasons preventing the acceptance of the returned goods, the Seller may supply goods/services of equal quality and price to the Buyer before the contract fulfillment period ends. If the Seller determines that the performance of the goods/services has become impossible, the Buyer will be informed within 3 (three) days from this realization. In such cases, the Seller will refund the Buyer’s payment and any associated documents within 14 (fourteen) days.

The Seller is not responsible for the return shipping fee or damages during the return process.

CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
According to the legislation, the Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following circumstances:

  • For contracts regarding goods that are custom-made according to the Buyer’s specific requests or needs, or goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature, or goods that may quickly deteriorate or expire;
  • For contracts regarding the delivery of goods where the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery, and the return of which is not suitable for health or hygiene reasons;
  • For contracts regarding goods that, after delivery, are mixed with other products and cannot be separated by their nature;
  • For contracts regarding services performed instantly in electronic environments or intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer;
  • For goods or services excluded from the scope of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
Under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the responsibility for goods or services sold lies with the Seller. Buyers may directly forward complaints about the goods and services they have purchased to the Sellers.

In case of disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees in the Buyer’s place of residence or where the purchase was made, and the Consumer Courts for disputes exceeding the specified threshold, shall have jurisdiction based on the value announced annually by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
